How to defeat a "revolutionary" a case study of syndicated killings in Kamapala and Uganda ata large.

Dear The Fountain of Honor.
Uganda as a country has witnessed series of systems / Governments.
We have witnessed :- Unitary ; Federal;Junta;Military and Single Party then Multiparty systems.

This Multiparty system cam in, with a lot of  misconceptions.
Today, many Ugandans still don't understand the whole concept.

Briefly:- Multiparty. Dispensation.
Multiparty dispensation means we pay allegiance to our "ticket bearing parties". Meaning the party gives an aspirant its mandate to stand and win an elective position for its sakes.
Its unusual for a party ticket bearer, to decide on his/her own without party's concessions.
Hence, the alienation of the true understanding of what we embraced is vividly evident.

In recent times, Uganda has witnessed the brutal shootings and iron bar hitting cartels.
If this is a ploy to discredit the regime, ladies ad gentlemen involved lets preserves the innocent soles.
Many deaths, that occur affect families. From Muytenga to Nakinyuguuzi , Kitoma to Kabale.
Brutal killings are witnessed :- Bugembe Kasiwukira to Lwanga Charles of Mabirizi garments.
How many killings went and still go unnoticed or un published by the forth state?
From the cartel that stole people's cars in 2011 and before Wembley operations, adjusting the situation.
My home area, in Wakiso we have witnessed bulgary and theft of home property. The minimum response for example:-  Police post is weak. 2 officers  (Man and Woman) ill facilitated with personal / police bicycle with all the residences is proving futile.  They have been on several occassions attacked by thugs and threateneed not to followup on them.
Community mobilized to speakers to alert the community and sensitize them, thugs stormed the broadcasting house and violated it.

THE REGIME, Must revisit the scenes and carefully respond with a bang.
In political science, we believe in Governments that can protect the lives and property of the "wanaichi" citizens. When there is absence of such, the masses will join the alternative.
Another.
If a revolutionary builds his / her popularity on security and stability.
The best way to defeat a revolutionary is to FORCE HIM/HER UN DO HIS EARLIER ACHIEVEMENTS.
NRA / NRAM earlier achievements.
1. Security & Stability.
2. Economic stability ( Note: - How the KCCA, fire gutting markets and other authorities displacing common people).
Our benchmark as a country, was and could still be security and stability but elements have penetrated the system and they are making it un secure and un safe for wanaichi.
Since, Presdient knows wanaichi shouldnt be incoveneienced we call upon you, to have a solution, as we stay vigilante as well.
For God and My Country.

Museveni and Co, forewent a lot for NRA Bush war 1981.

Museveni and Co, forewent a lot for NRA Bush war 1981.
In response to Mr. Nick Twinamatsiko’s article President M7 didn’t forego any comfort in 1981.
There is a lot lacking either intentionally for one’s subversive viewing or as the saying goes “hate, anxiety and anger” spoils natural intellect.
I agree, there was luck and its always part of everyone, say the internal fights among Obote and Okellos & ultimately the tribal conflict, which made the situation ripe for the then NRA.
But, prowess of the NRA can't be crucified into merely a weakness within the then divided, Obote, then Juntas and earlier Amin's uncalculated move to capture some "lost" territory inside Tanzania.
NRA should be credited for well-organized and super tactics employed by the leader then and its soldiers. These brave men and women in uniform. Had strategic plan and that was key to their victories. Indeed they had faced a well facilitated UNLA, GOVERNMENT forces, who thought they would crush them for dead.
Am not convinced that, (article – History) actually after their (different forces fighting Amin) defeat in Mbarara 1972, they all went away to do other things. No, setting the facts many remained mobilizing and with help of Julius Nyerere. Many were just waiting for op-tune time. In Kenya mobilizations were going on and many new recruits were being registered, secretly. Otherwise M7 "NRA Leader" had already panned his eventual presidency campaign by training with Mozambique "warlords". If it wasn’t prowess and tactical superiority, M7 towards the end would have been defeated. But cadres then: - Salim Saleh, Kyaligonza, Mande, Chef Ali, Rwegyema, Kagame, Muntu, Pecos, Ssejusa, Besigye etc.
If they read this would be the biggest betrayal towards their efforts. In any case these people to date remain one of the most feared “rebels” - UPDF in African. This was not merely a walk over but a spirited fight between NRA and many groups that united FEDEMU etc. To fight a well-structured army.
How brave can anyone be to attack a barrack
with few guns, which led to Gen. Tumwine’s loss of one eye?
No these heroes were brave.
